• Our receptionist will share the fee schedule for our providers at any time, upon request

• Prior to any service delivery, we will provide an estimate of cost of services, as required by the No Surprises Act

• Our Masters-Level Providers or Psychologist are not in-network with any insurance plans

• As our providers do not participate with any insurance plan, we will charge our customary fee at the time of the appointment. At your request, we can provide you with a statement that you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. (Out-of-network reimbursement decisions are made by insurance companies and not within the authority of strongminds.)
